We retained Bay Point to renovate our office. We were extremely happy with the work, which was done on time and on budget. Perhaps even more importantly, the couple of minor issues that subsequently arose were dealt with immediately – even after they had been fully paid. Paul Hood was extremely professional and struck me as scrupulously honest. I would certainly use them again if we ever go through another major renovation (which I sincerely hope to avoid).
