We felt extremely comfortable working with Paul and Rebecca (Interior Designer) to formulate an incredible renovation plan for our cottage that remained within our budget and completely transformed our space.

The contract and construction timeline was very clear, ensured no hidden costs, and exemplified what a “full-service” renovation is intended to be. We never had to worry about permits, if the work was being completed on time, or the quality of work done. We felt secure and knew if there were small bumps along the way, Paul and our project manager Jeff were fast to find solutions and delivered on their promises. Jeff made frequent suggestions to improve the project, was accessible, receptive to feedback, and provided regular photo updates. The communication, professionalism and craftsmanship completed by their tradespeople was outstanding!

Choosing Bay Point to renovate our property was a wonderful decision and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a highly qualified renovation company. We have had unfortunate experiences in the past with unreliable and dishonest contractors who have ripped us off and were ignorant to the building codes and standards imposed by the city. Therefore our search for a reputable renovation company for this large project was extensive!
