Also, consider updating or modernizing essential systems such as roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, as well as energy efficiency upgrades.  We will assist you in determining what might or might not be necessary.

Our design process includes collaboration with our in-house designer, who not only offers those services but also provides fresh ideas, identifies potentials issues, introduces creative solutions or products you may not be aware of. Your designer will also coordinate planning and pricing to ensure seamless organization throughout the process.

Absolutely! While the renovation may disrupt your usual routine, we’re committed to accommodating clients who prefer to stay on-site, where conditions and safety allow. We will also take every measure to keep the space tidy and clean, including using air scrubbers during dusty periods.

It’s best to move all items out and empty the room before a renovation begins. This protects your furniture and allows us to work efficiently. We can assist with moving heavy pieces to ensure everything is safely relocated. If you need temporary storage solutions, we can also provide recommendations. We would assess the area and be delighted to make suggestions, as well as cover and protect anything that is not moved.

We understand that pets and children are important family members. Pets generally present no issues if we know their location during work periods to avoid disturbing them. For small children or infants, it may be best for them to be elsewhere during certain, like demolition. We will accommodate your schedule and lifestyle as best as possible to minimize disruptions and prioritize safety. Keep in mind that staying home can affect project progress and there will be disruptions to regular living, such as increased noise levels and lack of access to certain rooms, like the kitchen. For large, whole home renovations, you may need to move out temporarily.
