A couple purchased this home with a clear vision for its transformation and given their strong relationship with the Bay Point Contracting renovation team, chose them for the project. With previous renovation experience, the clients knew exactly what they wanted.

Numerous bearing walls were removed, requiring complex structural arrangements in the basement. The central fireplace posed a challenge for venting, but with ingenuity and adherence to manufacturers’ specifications, the task was accomplished. The door to the rear deck was relocated for better functionality, and new windows were installed to fit the space. The staircase was redesigned from curved to straight with a landing, adding a refined look when entering the home.

Custom millwork and quartz countertops in the kitchen, dining room, and living room impress every visitor. Unique touches, such as a specially crafted office door featuring a family heirloom-stained glass, adds distinctive charm. The family lived in the house throughout the renovation and love their beautifully transformed home, which they look forward to enjoying for years ahead.
