Bold Monochrome

This monochrome bathroom renovation in Innisfil embraced bold contrasts and clean lines to create a sleek, modern space. The client had a clear vision for a black-and-white design with striking details. Large white tiles provided a clean foundation while a textured border around the ceiling added definition.

A mix of patterned tiles introduced depth and variety, incorporating small squares and floral motifs throughout the space. To streamline the look, colourful wallpaper was removed, creating a more cohesive design. Key fixtures, including the lights, mirror, and towel bars, were repurposed to maintain familiar elements.

The biggest transformation came with the removal of the bath/shower combo and cramped toilet corner. A spacious glass shower enclosure with a sliding door replaced it, opening up the room and allowing natural light to flow freely.

To complete the look, the vanity received a new countertop, and modern black accents tied together the mirror, lighting, and sink’s underside. The result is a bold and stylish bathroom that perfectly reflects the client’s vision.
